What is the best way to install ceiling tiles?
If you have purchased foam attached to backer boards, simply drop the tiles in place in the ceiling tile grid. If you are gluing foam tiles directly to the ceiling, make sure both surfaces are clean and dust free. Apply .25” bead of glue 1” from outer edges around the entire perimeter. Then apply a bead of glue diagonally from corner to corner to make and X in the center of the foam tile. Gently press foam tile into place for 5-10 seconds. Carefully pull foam tile away and allow glue to get tacky (45-60 seconds). Press foam tile back into position and hold; checking your pattern for positioning before glue takes a permanent set.

OEM success stories

Success story #1
Our business relationship with a customer evolved over time from a provider of raw materials to material fabrication to full assembly of their product. We worked with the customer to manage this evolution at their pace and comfort level, resulting in a smooth transition with no gap in quality or delivery of finished product.

Success story #2
We developed a part for a product in collaboration with a Fortune 500 company. The product’s assembly was then outsourced to another company. We worked to make the transition as painless as possible by providing a consistently high-quality part, as well as responsive customer service and turnaround that met the production demands of both customers.

Success story #3
Our customer came to us with designed products looking for a vendor who could meet a stringent product quality requirement at high-volume production. We were able to do this, as well as economically source other non-foam parts needed for production.

Success story #4
A Fortune 500 customer came to us with a concept, and we went from the drawing board to making over a million parts in eight weeks. We successfully met the customer’s need for responsiveness, quick turnaround time, and production scalability. We also were able to give them pricing that met their cost expectations and assure them that this pricing would remain stable for an extended length of time.
